Scope of the service
KUMBA is a family app that lets a parent create child profiles, track goals, savings, spending, allowance, and tasks, and provide educational content and gamified progress. The account holder using the service must be a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older.
Not a financial service
KUMBA is not a bank, electronic money institution, payment instrument, or investment service. It does not hold or transfer real money and does not process card details. Amounts in the app are tracking records entered by the family; they do not create a real balance and are not financial advice.
Child profiles and parental responsibility
Children cannot create independent accounts. A parent creates the profile, sets the login PIN, and supervises use. The parent is responsible for the appropriateness of goals, links, and records entered in a child profile. External product links open in the device browser only after parental control.
Free plan and Premium subscription
KUMBA can be used for free. When Premium is offered, the App Store shows the final price, currency, period, and trial information on the purchase screen. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless canceled through the store account. Restore purchases and subscription management are available from the parent area. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel the store subscription.
Acceptable use
Users are responsible for keeping account and child PINs secure. The service may not be used to bypass security measures, enter unlawful content, violate others’ rights, or conduct automated abuse. Access may be restricted for serious violations.
External links
Product links are added by users. KUMBA does not sell or endorse these products and has no affiliate relationship with sellers. The seller is responsible for price, stock, product content, and the practices of external sites.
Account deletion and changes
A parent may delete their account and linked child profiles from the account area in the app. These terms may be updated when the product or law changes; important changes will be announced in the app or through the registered contact channel.
